The Bylaws of the Gem County Sheriff’s Posse, Inc. outline the governing rules, membership requirements, officers’ duties, meeting procedures, and operational guidelines for our volunteer organization. Established to support the Gem County Sheriff and assist in emergency response, search and rescue, traffic control, and community service since 1954, these bylaws ensure we operate effectively, transparently, and in full compliance with our mission of Service, Safety, and Community.
